JUDGES SCORE SHEET-MEN and Women
Shawn Kitzmiller captures the overall title at the 2010 NPC Lenda Murray Bodybuilding, Figure and Bikini Championships on July 24th at Harrison Opera House in Norfolk, VA. He was in INCREDIBLE shape. There was no question that the Pennsylvania resident was the most conditioned athlete at the show. At a weight of 154 pounds, Kitzmiller out weighed them all and brought home top honors!
Kasha Winston is the 2010 NPC OVERALL Women's Bodybuilding Champion. The 59 year old Virginia native competed on both the Open and Masters Divisions capturing both. Her physique and overall shape and symmetry was much improved from her 2009 showing. Congrats to Ms Winston and East Coast Gym!

Jaquelyn Kay Roberts wins the first Bikini Title at the Show! Her incredible physique, style and grace brought her Victory. She obtain her perfect symmetry from crossfit obsession training. She graced the cover of Iron Man Magazine. There's no question we will see Jackie on the Professional Bikini circuit.
Simone Mack wins the Figure Overall Title! The field of competitors in the 2010 Figure division was strong. Simone lives in Spartanburg, SC and trains at Nautilus Fitness Center. Keep your eyes open for the
incredible Ms Mack.
